JONATHAN ADAMS
Director

Jonathan is an experienced and passionate property professional with over 25 years experience of dealing with some of the finest flats and houses in Prime Central and Greater London. He prides himself on providing honest, straight forward advice, that can be trusted and relied upon and has a loyal following among fellow professionals, individuals and frequently receives repeat business and referral from previous clients. As an expert in area he is frequently interviewed and quoted in local and national media.

LOUISE TORKMORAD
Director

Louise joined Napier Watt in Summer 2013 and became a director in 2015 to reward her dedication, professionalism and hardwork. Her success, is a result of her passion, honesty and tenacity, combined with her friendly outgoing nature. Prior to working at NW she honed her skills in lettings at Manors and Benham and Reeves. Louise loves cosmopolitan London and outside of work she enjoys eating out with friends, socialising and exercise.

HARRY BLAKE
Lettings Manager MARLA

Harry has joined the team to build on the already expanding lettings department. He has extensive experience within the lettings industry gained from working within both larger corporate and smaller boutique agencies throughout North London. Harry is a born Londoner with good knowledge of the city which is a reassuring asset to clients. When Harry is not working you will find him on the golf course trying to get his handicap down. He is also a proud ARLA member.

HUGH MILLER
Lettings Negotiator

Hugh joined Napier Watt in April 2018 and has since flourished as a member of our Lettings department. Hugh has a natural enthusiasm for property and enjoys every day he spends as part of our team and building on the skill set he is steadily gathering. Hugh is a keen German speaker having previously lived, worked and studied in Berlin.

JAMES TORKMORAD
Lettings Negotiator

James joined Napier Watt in 2021 as a member of our lettings department. He has since become a key member of the team, with particular attention to detail to the requirements and needs of his clients and tenants alike, always displaying the highest level of friendly professional care and service. James also has a diverse skill set in all things marketing related, making him an invaluable member of our team.

Jordan Harris
Sales Negotiator

One of our newest additions to the Napier Watt team, Jordan joined Napier Watt in May 2021 after previously working in Lettings in Chelsea and Sloane Square. Jordan knows the area well after working in the Aston Martin flagship showroom on Park Lane selling luxury cars. His training with Aston Martin helped him hone his high level of customer service and his strong work ethic, along with his positive energy, makes him determined to always get the best outcome for his clients. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his family and holidaying in New York and Southern California.

Aida Noor
Office Manager / Property Administrator

Aida joined us in January 2020, immediately excelling in her role as Office Manager/Property Administrator. Aida has over 8 years’ experience in the lettings industry and is particularly accomplished in tenancy progression and contract handling whilst being the friendly face our customers are greeted by upon arrival at our office. She is responsible for managing general office procedures to ensure processes and duties in the office flow efficiently. Aida is a fitness fanatic and enjoys boxing and yoga to keep herself feeling fresh when outside of work.

ELIZABETH RAMSAY
Property Manager

Elizabeth (better known as Lizzie) joined Napier Watt in 2014, her role started as Office Administrator and after many years looking after the office and being first hand experience with Tenancy Progression she has know taken on the role as Property Manager looking after our managed properties. Liz is a born Londoner and prides herself on her knowledge of the London travel zones and getting from A to Z on the capitals great transport links. The types of properties Napier Watt manage vary enormously in size and style, Lizzie ensures that your property will be maintained to same standards and all equipment fixed and issues resolved in a timely manner whilst keeping our Landlords updated and (hopefully) happy tenants. Lizzie believes in star signs and is a qualified ARLA Associate who believes you never stop learning in life.

 

CAROLINE MACLEAN
Lettings Accounts

Caroline’s extensive agency background, encompassing negotiator to director level roles, places Napier Watt’s client/tenant management and accounting services in good hands. Caroline prides herself on her commitment to industry ethics, whilst providing value for money and exceptional attention to detail. Having graduated as a Bachelor of Law from UCL. Caroline’s has a thorough understanding of property throughout the boroughs of Westminster and Kensington and Chelsea. Caroline is an ardent skier among many other eagerly pursued outdoor hobbies but her dedication to London means she can rival most black cab drivers on “The Knowledge”!

Su Jia Chiong
Negotiator / Marketing Coordinator (Far East Desk)

One of our newest additions to the Napier Watt team, Su Jia joined Napier Watt in May 2021 after previously working in luxury fashion retail. As a native Chinese speaker with a Masters degree in Marketing from LCF, Su is responsible for Sales and Marketing for our Far East Desk. Outside of work, Su Jia is a real foodie and she will be delighted to share her pocket list for London’s best restaurants with you.

Alexander Adams
Intern

As the youngest member of our team, Alex  has just left college and is looking to build a career and to gain experience in all aspects of the property market. He is young, enthusiastic and happy to try his hand at anything. On a daily basis he assists with viewings, property inspections, marketing initiatives and in particularly social media and print marketing.
